1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

· Standard Shipping: Estimated 7 - 15 business days for delivery.

· Express Shipping: Estimated 5 - 10 business days for delivery (if applicable).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Free Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $35 USD. For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order directly on our website via the "Track Your Order" page.

5. International Shipping

Sofz ships to most countries worldwide. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 7. Lost/Stolen Packages

Sofz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sofz will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
